Terms & Conditions

Please make all initial bookings by telephone or e-mail. This will enable us to make a provisional booking while you sort out your flights. 

When a final booking is agreed by telephone, then this must be confirmed within 10 days by completing and returning a booking form, together with a £100 / $150 per week deposit. Your booking will then be confirmed. The deposit is not refundable and the balance is due six weeks before your departure or we reserve the right to re let your dates.

A security deposit is required. This is handled by our property manager in Florida, and will be refunded after a satisfactory report on the property following your stay. 

Please note that earliest check-in is 4.00pm and property must be vacated by     10.00 am on the day of departure.

Please ensure you have full travel/holiday insurance.
